3. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment methods.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the location.

5. What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
We will replace it if you provide an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

6. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.

When Will My Order Ship?

Fetch Kids requires 1-2 business days to carefully pack and ship your order. For larger or custom items, please allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm IST on Sunday or over the weekend will ship on the next business day.

My Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

Do You Offer Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all non-customized products. However, COD is not applicable for personalized or customized items, as these are made specifically to order.
