1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible as packing or shipping might have begun.
3. To cancel, email support@adlooc.com with your order ID.
Replacement Conditions:
1. Replacement is offered only for damaged or non-working products.
2. Unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened.
3. Without the video, we cannot offer a replacement.
4. The product must be unused and returned in original packaging (if requested).
5. Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days after approval.
